Holistic Uses: In Chinese medicine, warm/dry action, metal element, tonifies Qi, clears cold phlegm in Lungs. Psychologically, fortifying, helps to restore confidence, disperses melancholy and counteracts pessimism, defines boundaries and self-identity, strengthens forgiveness and self-acceptance.
Exceptions: Non-toxic, non-irritant except in concentration, possible sensitization. Avoid in allergic skin conditions.
Blends Well With: Pine is a middle note, blending well with cedarwood, rosemary, tea tree, sage, lavender, juniper, lemon, niaouli, eucalyptus, marjoram.
